GolfClub IQ is a guest-feedback platform operated by Fairways of Eden Co., Ltd. It helps participating golf courses receive and understand feedback about the golfer experience.

Participation is voluntary. Please provide feedback honestly, in good faith and based on your experience. You may stop before submitting, and no golfer account is required.

You must not:

• deliberately submit false, abusive or unlawful content;
• attempt to interfere with, damage or bypass the service or its security;
• use automated submissions or spam; or
• intentionally include another person's confidential or private information.

Please do not include personal, confidential or sensitive information unnecessarily in comments or final feedback.

GolfClub IQ is provided as a feedback service. Availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider or technical reasons. A submission is complete only when the service confirms it.

The relevant golf course is responsible for how it uses the feedback it receives for its own operational decisions. Fairways of Eden operates the GolfClub IQ platform.

The GolfClub IQ privacy notice explains how survey information is collected, used, shared, retained and secured.

GolfClub IQ software, branding and platform materials remain the property of Fairways of Eden or the applicable rights holders. Feedback you submit may be processed and used by the relevant course for the purposes described in the privacy notice.

These Terms of Use may be updated as GolfClub IQ develops. Effective and last updated: 29 August 2026.
